The Coachella Valley Journalism Foundation
As writers and artists our mission as Pen Women is to promote writing and art and make these connections to our community. One of the ways we fulfill this goal is through monetary donations.
Recognizing that viable local news organizations and newspapers are facing problems and on the decline, we elected to make a donation to the Coachella Valley Journalism Foundation project which funds interns to work at local news agencies and newspapers in the Coachella Valley and nearby communities.
We want to give $1,000 to CVJF
